Neo giving rilin a big dragon hug :D

Gift art/thank you art for Rilin who has made loads of epic Neo art, and even animated icons for all of my art accounts :O

Either Rilin is huge in this, or Neo is mouse sized xD

Oh and this is testing yet another new shading style, I like how it came out so I will be working on this technique some more :D
