Long overdue digital painting for Razz in a Bioshock theme.

Its been over a year I think of me plucking at this, Razz the whole time was more then patient with me. I think I restarted the shading completely more then once. I Do not plan on taking more digital paints for awhile until I feel like I can get better at them.

But in the end it was a nice learning experience.
