Their names are puns on:

niña(spanish for little girl)+'Argh'(screaming sound-effects, ofc)

madre(spanish for mother)+dreary(A word meaning something dismal, bleak or full of sorrow)

Anywhoot, been a long time since I last Fakemon'd & I am extremely proud of what I got done! These two DO have Pokedex entries as well:

Ninargh- 'They gather in groups along riverbanks in the evening letting out cacophonous wails out to the water and to each other. Attempting to drive them away is ill-advised.'

Madrear- 'Said to be the spirit of a woman transformed into a Pokemon. Trainers who've camped near bodies of water during bad storms have gone missing, it is thought to be a Madrear's doing.'

(Also Fun fact: Shiny Madrear's 'bloody'-look is an easter egg/reference to another infamous scary lady myth)
