Candy the Snowgirl is Blizzard Best Friend who help him out when she & Blizzard breaks into one of Santa's Tower to make a wish from Santa's Magic Snow-globe, but the 2 are interrupted by a mysterious thief who steals Santa's Magic Snow-Globe leading to Blizzard & Candy to go after him to get Santa's Snow Globe back and save Christmas.
