Queen Annabelle is the ruler and protector of Doglantis, she tries to protect Sasha from her interest in the Surface World since she believes that Surface Dwellers are a danger to Doglantians due Garbage men dumping Harmful Garbage into the Sea, Dangers of Fishermen almost catching them and to hearing stories of Wars that the Surface Dwellers created for themselves that cause them to deal with avoiding Navy battleships, and submarines that ends up getting sunk onto their part of the ocean and some of them carried bombs that could easily go off if they were unstable, Queen Annabelle restrict Sasha from going near any sunken ships that maybe a danger since they are also crawling with sharks.
