I was bored one day and decided to do a render for my friend Galios. This is his characters Soul Gem found embedded in the chest. The original render and design I did was way too bland in my eyes. So I took some creative liberty and made the model to use a concept gemstone cut. surprisingly the faceting actually worked beautifully! I just wish I got the caustics to work right...
