It's Julius! He's...a friend of Aisv, though they once had a different relationship. Complicated. They started out not liking each other so much in youth, but a little later in life found a bond with one another. Julius supported Aisv for a while, but their interests became too conflicted and she left him. Well...he wanted her to stop her job and settle down with him, but when one has a deep obligation to protect others, that is not a job easily left even if one wishes. Julius is still somewhat bitter about it. He is a kind soul, however.
