Tuffy was hanging out with Goldie who happened to find a string and helium tank somehow. (there might have been multiple of the previously mentioned item.)
Tuffy tried to run away but he is stubby and rounded, he tripped over allowing Goldie to catch and inflate him.
Tuffy isn't sure if he likes this or not. he probably does.
