This is very beautiful. I love how you used so many colors without them looking "muddy."

Thank you! <3 I'm glad you like it =) The many different colors are actually part of the subject: Even though only Ho-oh is described as the rainbow pokemon, Lugia is white, which is composed of all the colors too! So instead of being opposites, like Groudon and Kyogre, they're the same. That's what I tried to paint.
