Kagenji are large mammals brought back by travelers, from the deepest jungles of the planet Datl. There are small colonies of them on earth, usually near populated areas. They are usually abandoned as pets when they reach an unmanageable size, but are too socialised to return to the wild - this leaves them as scavengers mostly, but friendly enough that they usually become recognisable and known in the area they live, as they are all uniquely patterned.

This is a closed species, so you cannot make your own.
