so yeah this is my runequest character's armor's design.
the chest and arms are plate armor, legs are scale armor, helmet is plate with ringmail armor layer and underneath of all this is a magical leather armor layer that can temporally (few seconds) rise it's armor points as high as the user desires (the user must pay one magic point for each armor point). the scale pants cover also his stomach.

the mouth part of the helmet can be opened and the horns are made out of cow horns. the skull on shoulder is gryphon's skull (he killed the gryphon by himself)

he calls this armor set as the dragon lord's hide

the shield is known as the Red, its a magical shield that feels completely weightless and it cannot be broken.
