Admin Diancie herself is very haughty and arrogant, leader of the Kalos branch of Team Rubber Rocket, treats her branch as a sort of monarchy while considering herself a queen, and looks down on pretty much every other member of Team Rocket (including other admins) while only showing respect to the leaders of the Kanto branch who outrank her. Everyone else is expected to kneel before her.
