Art trade for a guy named Sonicdude645, and practically my first StH fan-art as well.

Now the main focus was to base Rouge's breasts on Haruka Gracia, which I thought was just some random buxom lady. But under further research, Haruka's one of those anime characters with completely spherical shaped boobs; which is why Rouge here, has been given such an awkward shape for her chest. Not sure how accurate these are to Haruka's size but I'm sure the differences aren't noticable.

Decided to go backgroundless since I got nothing fancy to add.
