17-C's pilot radioed, "Target locked on..."

The cruiser instantly lost the two persuing jets, leaving the jet pilots seeing only the fire trails left from the cruiser's high powered motors, and hearing a series of supersonic booms echoing off the nearby mountians.

"...WOW! IT'S GONE!", 17-C's pilot radioed.

"I never seen anything move that fast in my life!", radioed 10-C's pilot. "We'll never find it now, Sir!"
