The helmet is based off of Gardivoir with the coloration of Torkoal
The feather hair is based off of Moltres w/ Alolan Ninetails coloring
The Pearl on the helmet is based off of Dragonair's orbs on the tail
the eyes are Cubchoo (they where the cutest)
the base body color and ears are Eevee mixed with moltres's coloring
and the stripes on the neck are based on Torkoal's stripes
