I love creating new characters i hope you guys like it. :)
His style and finesse is supposed to resemble that of a pendulum and his weapon of choice is a large steel axe head. Normally you'd see a crescent shape when you think of a pendulum axe like in dark souls, but i don't think that would work as a weapon you'd hurt yourself, this would also greatly hinder your maneuverability.
The buttons have some scroll work but not a lot and have crescent shapes
Rat guy's got some moves! very acrobatic too. He wears a blindfold but isn't actually blind

tysm! i knew you'd like it. Using SAI is a whole lot of fun but i always go back to GIMP. The brush settings are a little confusing but i think the more i use it the more i get what each one does "it's like drawing on paper" ^u^
