What happen here is after Kayla shakes Jeff's hand and join his team, Blizzard join as well and jumps on Kayla's left shoulder.
Which doing so, Blizzard accidentally pushes Kayla towards Jeff and they almost kiss. As when Jeff and Kayla were about to get their first kiss, Jiro ruin the moment by said something funny, but stupid. X3
