Wow this picture took a while. I've drawn these characters before, but here they are together. Their names are Dan and Thad. The ship flying nearby is Thad's personal ship, the Exuberance.

This is the city of Eiwon, a major port for shipping and manufacturing. It's located in the world Iak (coordinates ΤΙΘ002) in the Caowin Empire of the Second Void, circa 1250 E2V.
