I think this character is supposed to be more of a 90's Lisa Frankesque throwback. but the bright colors, the wings, and the hairstyle make me think back to the mid-to-late 2000's. The character is literally a sparkledog. I LOVE THIS DESIGN. It's so nostalgic for me. :D

I spent about as much time drawing the character as I did messing with the background and glitter effects in GIMP and I really like how it came out.

And of course, some Comic Sans for that extra 2000's feel. <3
