A former soldier of the Empyrean Order, he defected after he realized how expendable him and his wife Aminah are, deciding that it is an anathema to why he joined the cult in the first place. He is a shrewd and observant Investigator, capable of making and exploiting observations that most would overlook. He is also crafty and resourceful in combat, capable of making deadly concoctions in the heat of combat to aid the party and hinder foes.
