WELL the basic idea is, you drop your OC into this world, this can be by willing or unwilling chance, they were looking for it, etc then you make art to show your characters story within the world, random interactions etc
The world itself is pretty simple, it has some history of magic v. technology and conflicts between nations to make it interesting, but is otherwise an open sandbox type thing.
