Happy 4th everyone! I finally figured out how to make circles in Sai! :'D I do not know how to draw fireworks/ sparklers though... XDD Ahh I can't wait to watch the fireworks later! :D
I'm pretty damn proud of this and how I did the lighting and shtuff. :B
