I see a teetering mix of alertness, alarm, curiosity and apprehension.The uncertainty as to which is in dominance, gives the expression a shifting, almost living quality. Of course others may see it differently depending on temperaments and experiences.

Thank you so much, wow! I've really been enjoying working with oil pastels lately; they're a lot of fun to use. Expressions like this have been a new thing for me, so I'm glad to hear it worked!
