"In the dark, distant future of cyden, Los Angeles is entirely populated by gangs. Canty saw this as a great opportunity, and set up an escort service for the girls the gangs carted around. Not many joined at first, but as they saw how much better life was for those who did join, more gave in. Now Canty's service is the largest in what's left of California, and she's employed hundreds. The gangsters are mostly very respectful of her girls; what with threats the likes of Burlap and Maddie, Canty's enforcers, hanging over their heads, but occasionally some will step too far out of line. Toxicant deals with the worst offenders personally."

Because I have a few immortal characters, they would obviously still exist in the age of Project Cyden. Toxicant here gave up her nomadic, murderous life for that of a businesswoman of sorts. As she's also older and more knowledgeable, she's gained more control over her toxic nature, and can now control where she is and isn't toxic, as well as being able to mix poisons within her body.
