31 day Pokeddex Challenge 2013 - Day 11 Water

Blastoise has been my favourite starter from the very beginning. I do like the other first starters though. My love towards Blastoise increased when I saw it in Pokemon stadium for the first time. It looks badass and its animations are great. I like how it moves when it comes out of its ball. First it growls and its cannons come out. It looks at them and scratches its chest at the same time. It looks so funny!

I had difficulties drawing Blastoise. Sketches looked weird and I just couldn’t get the cannons look good. Then I decided to draw a simple side view and the cannons are hidden inside its shell.
