31 day Pokeddex Challenge 2013 - Day 3 Flying

Lugia has always been one of my favourite legendaries. It’s such a majestic creature. There are other great flying type pokemon I really like, but I wanted to draw Lugia for this challenge. I think it has 10 plates on its back, but I wasn’t sure when I drew this and I’m too lazy to fix it.
