Technically not a full blown reference but more of a concept doodle of Arhexe, my agender umbreon. They are used exclusively for sfw content. And reasoning behind their choice for neutral or feminine pronouns is understanding that some languages can't really pull off gender neutral stuff as well as others so the choice of feminine was made to make things simpler.
