There are objects that contain great power within themselves, whether it be through their design or enchanment, and objects which act as symbols of power, therefore containing a piece of said power.
Examples of objects of power would be:The One Ring, He-Man's Sword, a regular human judge's gavel, completely ordinary gun, or the hand-made lucky charm I kept in my pocket for years.
