At 10:36 C-Transport 47 Blew out a tire on Highway 187 marker 134, Northbound to Research facility 7 in Vetrep city. Driver lost control of the vehicle and veered off the road where the transport rolled over, spilling 47 tanks. At 10:50 recovery team V-24 cleaned up the scene but only recovered 37 TITAN canisters. Driver is under level 8 suspension.

10 Containers are missing and must be recovered immediately. This is top priority.
