Baur Urgrot is the main reason Tog left his home country, and one of the few other orcish inhabitants of the town of Bayreach. Childhood friends and brothers by blood, Baur was the only orc he knew to contact after the collapse of his tribe and his "graduation" from the Bureau correctional "schools". The promise of meeting up with a lost brother and a new life in a free country was enough to convince Tog to move.

Baur is a generally nice dude, but sometimes behaves strangely; suffering occasional dizzy spells and moments of forgetfulness. The cap he wears is to hide a strange head scar he can't remember getting, but is the likely source of his brain issues. Curiously enough, in spite of his injury and just being overall less intelligent than other orcs he can speak perfect English and has been a translator for Tog on several occasions. He finds jobs on the wharf handling shipment and has taken a strong liking to fish meat.
