That happened to me twice. O:
We had two budgie and one day, a little guy was rounding our house and ended up flying in through one of our windows.
And then another was being chased around by our dogs so we caught it and took care of it, it was really tame and loved perching on everyone's shoulders.
We tried find the little fellow's owner, but never did.
