He's done! :D :D

After RF, MaxCoyote went in for repairs. His paper eyes finally died after being poked out by mistake. After many many fursuit makers suggesting that those paper eyes are a no-no and must be changed, it finally happened. I kept them as long as I could.

Any other SANE human being would say "Hey Max, between the hair and the eyes and all the repairs to it, maybe you should just get a new head all together." Well Johnny Anonymous, you're absolutely right! But I'm just to bonded with that head. Feels like throwing him away would be like throwing a part of me away. People have felt that way about cars and bikes before, why not fursuit heads?

While Matrices had my head, I decided it was time to chuck that small thing of a nose as well. The ridgid nose gets pulled and peeled alot, and it was starting to rip apart the muzzle. A hard nose on a super soft and flexible muzzle was a bad choice by Rarakie (alot of stuff was really. <<). So Matrices replaced the nose with something soft and... squeaky. ;)

It's for sure something to get used to. It's strange to see a picture of Max in which he's not looking directly at me. For sure the toughest change to MaxCoyote made yet. But, I will get used to it. Matrices did a stellar job as always, and saying goodbye is the only problem. But, it's always time to move on to new things and it was time for Max's eyes to go bye bye. I held onto those flimsy crappy paper eyes as long as I could. But... time to say goodbye to the old and hello to the new! I am very excited to see what Max will look like now in photos! :D
