Hey, I thought I'd say something because you mentioned critique. And you might not agree, but hey-
The bright red on this dude's clothing clashes with the pale yellow quite nastily. I guess it could work if you wanted to make Alex look more nervous and uncertain, but if you were looking to make him look like a tough guy, you could make the red a touch darker. Like what they did with Superman in Man of Steel.

While the clothing's looking good (to my eyes), the dragon's body seems a bit... smudgy? I don't know that that's the word. Artistically it's fine and looks cool, but if you intend to create a 3d model from this, you may find it frustrating to pin down details on the body in a three dimensional space. It does seem that some of the bigger shapes are foreshortened and positioned correctly, so that's a good thing though.
