Detective Rick Chowsicz of the Baltimore City Police Department. He is a critical character in my H46 story, with a voice and appearance that is analogous to Edward James Olmos. Here his pose is very rigid, but even when I drew this (like 2 or 3 years ago) I was amazed at how well it turned out.
