This isn't a complete collection of my sketches from previous year, but all I did for my little experiment. It was fun comparing my memory sketches to those done with references. Drawing freely is truly enjoyable, but sometimes I like to stop and analyze what I see on a photo. Next time, I might challenge myself to draw something entirely new, stepping outside my comfort zone. Something different than my favourite animals.
