He was the center of it all. He just had this raw energy, something really pure, that ignited everything he touched, just set it blazing. And you know, he was very innocent about it all. Just meeting him, you'd think he was a big kid. He was very boyish. Always running around, never where you expected him to be...very exuberant. And you know, he took on the punk look, but he didn't act very punk...he was too happy to really pull it off. He was always running around on the beach, laughing his ass off over something, maybe nothing at all. That's how I picture him.
