It's the summer of 2010, and 14-year-old Ashley Patterson lives in Stratford. But it's not the Stratford, Ontario that worldwide musical sensation Justin Bieber was from. It's the Stratford, Prince Edward Island that practically nobody has heard of. And that's a big problem for Ashley because she has a 12-year-old cousin named Zoe who lives all the way in Charlottetown thinking that. Will Ashley be able to convince Madison that Justin Bieber is from a different Stratford, or will Zoe be quickly disappointed when she finds out? And more importantly, will Ashley be able to stop Zoe from obsessing over something or anything?
