That's exactly it! Thank you. I doodle these sort of mutant style creatures quite a bit, but Joker has claimed a very special place in my heart.

The Jiggy Monster
What a cool character! I like his eyes a lot. I don't know very much about Joker, but it almost looks like he has one large eye just beneath his skin, and has slashed slits in his face to be able to see.
That may just be me, though haha.
