Since the fringe obstructs the brow, I can't quite see the entire expression, but from the bridge of the nose, the mouth and the eyes, it's looking pretty good. You seem to have the basics of expression pretty much nailed, but I would advise against obstructing the brow since that's what carries most of the expression in the face. A trick I learned with drawing facial expressions is that people tend to focus more on the eyes and the brow compared with the rest of the face. If you can get the expression in the eyes and the brow, then you've got the major things out of the way.
