Das hier ist mein Design für Sidi Mimun, auch Maimon oder Maimun. Er ist ein König der Dschinne aus der arabischen Demonologie und in Teilen des Marokkos wird er als Heiliger, der vor den sudaner (also subsaharianischen) Geistern schützt, angesehen. Im Kitab al-Bulhan (dem Buch der Wunder) wird er mit Hundskopf, Hörnern und Flügel dargestellt

This is my design for Sidi Mimoun, also called Maymon or Maymoun. He is one of the kings of the djinn from arabic demonology, and in some parts of Morocco he is seen as a saint that protects from the sudanese (i.e. from the subsaharian) spirits.
In the Kitab al-Bulhan (the Book of Wonders) he is depicted with a dog's head, horns and wings.
