Ophies

Ophies Ampheritos are winged serpents that live in Arabia guarding the frankincense groves. The adults are dangerous to humans and can deliver a nasty bite, although they are not venomous. (Thankfully this is just a hatchling!) They migrate to Egypt in the summer, but many are eaten by ibises, which is why the Egyptians are said to have such a respect for ibises.

Ophies measure approximately 11" long and their wings vary in width. They have wire in their bodies to make them posable. (However the wings are not posable.) Colour choices are: body, mane & tail tuft, wings (primaries, secondaries), head, eyes and facial markings.

Gryphons
£150 / $247 USD
Gryphons measure approximately 8" tall and have real feather wings. (All feathers are sourced responsibly from happy, healthy birds.) They have steel shot in their bums for stability and are not posable.
You have a choice of tails, fox tail or a gryphon tail. Gryphon tails are like lion tails but with feathers at the end instead of fur.
You also have a choice of ears. Fox ears or feather tuft ears.
Colour choices are: body, mane, scales & horns, head, facial markings, eyes, beak, and wings (primaries and secondaries).

Jackalope

Jackalopes measure approximately 8" tall and have cast resin antlers. They have steel shot in their bums for stability and are not posable.
Colour choices are: body, mane & tail, antlers, eyes, and facial markings.

Dragon Fox

Dragon foxes measure approximately 6" tall when sitting and have cast resin head, hands and feet. They have steel shot at the end of their limbs and in their bums for stability.
You have a choice of tails, a dragon tail (like a lions tail) or a fox tail.

Dragon

Dragons measure approximately 8" tall and have rubber wings and ears. They have steel shot in their bums and tails for stability and are not posable.
Colour choices are: body, mane, scales, paw-pads, wings & ears.

Mofs
£108 / $178
Mofs measure approximately 5" tall and have machine stitched, cuddlesoft wings. They have a little bit of steel shot in their limbs and bum for stability. They are highly customisable. You can send me a photo or the name of your favourite species of moth and I can turn it into a Mof.
Colour choices are: body, tummy, paw-pads, proboscis, eyes, antennae, top wings, bottom wings and top & bottom wing markings.

Kirins
£155 / $255
Kirins measure approximately 7" tall and have cast resin feet, heads and antlers. Shown is Elemis, painted with golden enamels. As with the others, kirins have steel shot in their bums for stability.
Colour choices are: body, mane & tail tuft, scales, hooves, horns, eyes, facial markings.

All of these resin dolls excluding the ophies come with a tiny, wooden, signed Magweno tag (you will get either a leaf, acorn, bone, feather or butterfly wing), wrapped in a special box with care information and some other goodies.

How to order
Ordering is easy and sending me an email inquiry is completely obligation free! You do not have to pay a dime to send me an email and I will not expect you to follow through with the order until I am 100% happy that you are 100% happy with the terms. :) You are not wasting my time by sending an email so please don't worry about it! I love getting emails. You can back out at any time and I will refund you all money paid.

Step 1
Read the above information and decide on which colours you would like for each part of your doll. You can draw a picture of it or send me a picture of your character and I can translate that design to suit the doll you have chosen. I can also take normal animals like roe deer or luna moths for example and use them as reference for your custom. Email your design to hello@magweno.com
Step 2
I will send you a photo of the materials I think suit your design best. You will say yes or no and we will go back and forth until we have found something you are happy with.
Step 3
When you are happy with the chosen materials and colours, I will check where you are based in the world so I can calculate shipping. I'll then let you know the total cost of your custom and send you the first invoice for 50%.
Step 4
You pay the first invoice, and I will send you an email to confirm payment has been received and start work on your custom.
Step 5
Within 10 days your custom will be finished. I'll send you up to five high resolution photos of it from different angles to check you're completely happy.
Step 6
If you decide any changes need to be made, they will be made now. You will receive one or two photos of the changed doll to check the edit is to your expectations.
Step 7
The second invoice for the final 50% and shipping will now be sent.
Step 8
Once the second invoice has been paid I will package and ship your doll out, recorded delivery (domestic) or priority airmail (international). I will then get in touch with your tracking number. The next working day (domestic) or 5-21 days (international) later, your doll will arrive!
Step 9
You send me a review or some feedback of the process and your new doll and I will give you a coupon for 15% off your next order! Your review will be posted on my website and/or other social networking sites.
