From 2010, another 8-hr character design challenge from my Character Design class in the final year of college.

This time we had to make a type of super hero, and I am a fan of Hellboy/paranormal investigator/detective type super heros so I made this medium fellow who can summon demons to posses his hat. He's also Queen Victoria's personal parnormal investigator of spooky stuff.
