MISTAH CHARLIE CHAMBERS, or more widely known as Chuck Two-Horn.

This dude was the catylist of all my reptiles in the word works for whatever I plan to do with them. And definitely yes he is in some parts homage to Charlie Prince of the 3:10 TO AWESOME (yuma) sort. Costume and name mostly, but their personalities are hardly similar.

Anyway, he's a critter with a lot of dough and has expensive tastes. He's a Regal Horned Lizard (the ones that shoot blood out of their eyes)

Mr. Chambers's frock is a modified Confederate jacket that he acquired from the civil war off his lieutenant, whether or not he killed the guy for it isn't known. The threaded insignias on the sleeves were torn out at some point and there's custom embroidery on the back now (in the sketches)

His nickname comes from the fact that all but two of his cresting horns have been snuffed off at the mercy of yet another unknown person. Like any regal horned lizard, he can pool bloodpockets beneath his eyelids and cause it to burst out by pressure. This defense is utilized as one of his pistols (he carried three) shoots blanks. Simultaneous to the blood he may fake a shot with the splatter of his eyes as a psyche-out on whoever is in the line of fire before actually unloading on them. Both eyes have scars around the lower portion of the socket where a long-dead rival tried to destroy those bloodpockets.

Chuck was originally pretty lanky, but I stocked him up a bit since horned lizards are pretty beefy anyway. All the spikes on his arms and legs are meticulously filed down in check to prevent them from shredding his clothing. Blackmail is his favorite tool of ensuring the loyalty of his gang; he holds an obscene amount of self confidence and worth. Plainly: he is egotistical and knows it.

All three of his guns are third gen .45 colt peacemakers, ivory-hilted. those are still being designed D: I have a rough idea though. Two are held at waist holsters, the third is on his left leg. He's terrible at using long-ranged guns due to the condition of his eyes.
