Okay here we have old meeting new. Luz insisted on keeping the look of her people and her old outfit so from it came a fusion of uniform and tradition. Luz is the protector and last of her people who valued life among all else. They lived in harmony with nature and worshiped beings they called "Almas del Tiempo" which we later find out are Geauga's race. One day they vanished and Luz's people became fearful which led to great fighting and unrest among them. They either left or killed each other off. Luz remained in hopes one day either her people or the "Almas del Tiempo" would return. Sadly neither did. Monguse encounters Luz shortly after he runs away and is injured. Luz wields a power called Inner Light which is powered by a persons heart. She can heal and can even make weapons out of it. Monguse returns later and convinces her to join Temporal Police and becomes the first member of Project Light.

Luz is a wise and caring person who doesn't seem to hate anyone. She'll even try to reason with the most hostile of beings before resorting to violence, and even then she still holds back. Luz's wings, while giving her a limited ability to fly, seem to be better suited in the water where she seems more agile and maneuverable. Much like Geauga she has a strong distrust of technology and feels it makes people lazy and shiftless. She also worries people dependency on it will be their downfall. Luz takes great pride in serving under Monguse as he trusts her judgment, even when she contradicts him. Also she feel great pride fighting along side Geauga, whom she must be constantly remind that she does NOT have to bow to her or refer to her as a deity. I problem shared by Geauga when around Epsilon.
