Schour was born in marshy place called Shkury. His mother died when he was a child. Though Schour is an adult wolverine, he keeps stealing food from other animals because he hasn't been taught to hunt.
One day he stole another pot of soup and was caught by Varra. Her companions wanted Schour to be punished or gone away but Varra insisted on taking poor wolverine with them.
