Fakemon designs: Mumby, Mumravel, Mumfaro

Luprand

A ghost-type Pokemon family that can't help but get tied up in knots. Inspirations include mummies, ittan-momen and en'enra youkai, curse dolls, and fabric arts.

Mumby: Its true body is like a wisp of smoke. It keeps safe and warm by wrapping itself up in scraps of cloth. Sometimes the scraps get tangled, and it has to spend all day rewrapping itself.
Mumravel: It has learned to knit and crochet using the pins and needles that hold its covering together. It meticulously repairs any damage with extra bits of fabric and string that it can find.
Mumfaro: Some people say that its knitting binds the world to its fate. While it looks majestic, it prefers to relax in quiet places, knitting new fancy outfits to adorn its cloth shell.
