A new year means a new ref sheet, doesn't it? And boy, is this one a doozy!

Why yes, the cat has shed his skin and become an orc. It's a big change, but it feels very necessary these days. That being said, I am still a Cheshire--in fact, I'm more of a Cheshire than I ever have been before. I've been focusing a lot on Cheshire as my species, versus cat, and it has made me feel so much more connected to how I represent myself online. I know this may seem boring or too ephemeral to matter, but it matters to me.

If we're talking "canon", then Lu now exists in a modern fantasy setting--it might be Wonderland, it might be something from Shadowrun if Shadowrun wasn't Terrible All the Time. Regardless, it's a modern fantasy setting, and Lu runs two magazines:

Moonlight: Arts & Culture for the Modern Mage
TUSK: Fashion + Photography for Orcs, Trolls, Ogres and More

I want Lu to be more like myself, while still retaining the magical chaotic elements of the Cheshire. It's going to be a fun 2017, and a fun ride regardless.
