OF COURSE the Pokemon XY fandom has caught me as well so it was just a welcome idea in my head to draw my own Pokemon OC Cecilia together with one of the new Pokemon as a belated halloween picture.

I'm a great sucker for ghost Pokemon and I do especially love the new ones, especially Pumpkaboo and Phantump.
I had a hard time though choosing whether to draw normal or shiny Pumpkaboo. Chose the normal one in the end since the colours simply went better with the whole Halloween theme.
