I've gotten some concerned messages regarding this piece. It was not supposed to be depicting my pregnancy. I don't feel like my baby is a "monster". I like slimy dark weird things and have done similar drawings over the years so I didn't think much of it initially. If I get frustrated drawing/positioning the legs in an image and it's not a commission, I'm apt to just rip the character in half and draw in some guts, tentacles, or toy stuffing & buttons. On second look with the way things are placed in the drawing in combination with some of the frustrated statuses I've posted on here lately, I can see why t would seem like something more direct and disturbing than what I meant it to be. I honestly didn't realize it came across that way until someone mentioned it and I am sorry for the upset it's caused a number of you. Yes, pregnancy is tough.. especially when you already had a handful of problems to start with, but I have a support system and I'm very much looking forward to holding my little girl for the first time. There's no resentment whatsoever. Again, my apologies for the misunderstanding.
