6 stycznia 2019: Pustynia Negew, 50 km od Morza Czerwonego
Po nocy spędzonej pod gołym niebem na środku pustyni, wyruszyłem w dalszą drogę w stronę Ejlatu. Początek trasy był bardzo przyjemny, ale dystans na ten dzień był ogromny, bo nie zamieżałem kolejnej nocy spędzić na pustyni. Mimo ciepłych dni w nocy temperatura potrafi spaść poniżej 10°, co bez namiotu ani grubego śpiwora nie jest przyjemną perspektywą. Odgłosy wystrzałów na granicy również nie ułatwiają zasypiania. Tego dnia pobiłem swój życiowy rekord przechodząc ponad 56 kilometrów. Nikomu nie polecam tego robić ponad 1000 km od domu, z ciężkim plecakiem i bez przygotowania, tak jak ja to zrobiłem. Następnego dnia chodzić już się nie dało…

6th of January 2019: Negev Desert, 50 km from the Red Sea
After a night under the open sky in the middle of the desert, I continued my journey towards Eilat. The beginning of the route was very pleasant, but the distance for that day was huge, because I was not going to spend another night in the desert. Despite warm days, at night the temperature can drop below 10°, which is not a pleasant prospect without a tent or a thick sleeping bag. The sounds of shots at the border also do not make it easier to fall asleep. On that day, I broke my personal record by walking over 56 kilometers.
